Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, gelatin (pork),
Requirements: 250ml whipping cream, 50g bavarois pulver, 60ml lukewarm water including flavouring.
Preparations: Beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix the bavarois pulver with the water and the flavouring carefully fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Prepare immediately then place in the refrigerator to set for approximately 1 hour. Suitable for freezing.
Flavouring: fruit juice (instead of water), a concentrated liquid flavouring or fresh fruit.
Store in a dry place: 8°C-24°C.
