The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility. FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Preparation: Mix 50 g mix with 50 ml water. Fill a lace mold with the batter. Dry for 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110°C (convection oven 100°C) (or 3-4 hours in open air, outside the oven). To avoid hardening, cover the mix with foil at all times and process within 2 hours.
