FC110E baker oven.

Combining convection with steam production to humidify bread during baking. 4 shelves (600 x 400mm) for trays, grids and baguette-baking trays or meshes. Capacity: 20 baguettes baked in 25 minutes. Heats up rapidly: reaches 300°C in10 min. Alternate rotation turbine alternates every 2 minutes for even baking.

Turbine diameter 210mm. Half-power rotation function for baking delicate products (meringues, soufflés, macaroons, etc.). Push button steam injection (connection to drinking water supply required). 0° to 300°C thermostat. 120-minute timer with alarm and continuous use position.
