Japanese traditional knife.
Stainless steel blade tempered with molybdenum and vanadium which provides incredibly smooth cutting.
Blade bevelled on one side only (on the right-hand side).
Wooden handle.

Maintenance:
Wash in hot water and wipe dry.
Do not wash in the dishwasher.
Do not use with chlorinated products which will damage the special steel of the blade.
