Made from California blanched almonds, this almond flour is a popular alternative flour due to its subtly sweet taste, high nutrition content, and low-carb attributes. Ingrediens : almonds 100%. May contain other nuts and conservative agent : sulfites E220.

Direction of use :All our dried fruits are high-quality and at fair price,from the best places in the world (Piemont hazelnut, Marcona and Valencia almond, Perigord wazelnut, Sicilia pistachio, ...). For this reason we have chosen a bigger packaging than what you can find at the supermarket (about four times dearer and of lower quality). As dried fruits contain not much water, they can be kept in the fridge or freezer.
