The paste can be coloured with food colourings.
Preparation: Knead well until it is soft, smooth, pliable and crack free. CMC/Tylo powder can be used for reinforcement of the paste (a maximum of 1 tsp per 250 g). Suggestion: use dried spaghetti to let the figures stand straight and/or to secure it on your cake.
Ingredients: sugar (78%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm, palm kernel), invert sugar syrup, humectant: E422, thickeners: E414, E415, emulsifiers: E471, E322, food acid: E330.
Storage: Keep in a cool dark place, 15-20°C.
