Bread mould Exoglass with lid.

Composite mold. For use in controlled fermentation chamber. Regular oiling facilitates turn out. They can be used for sweet dough cooking (cakes, brioches) with prior greasing.
The composite material guarantees a very homogeneous dough-cooking and colour.
