Ingredients: sugar, gelatin, dried strawberry (4%), modified starch E1414, citric acid E330, flavor, salt, coloring E162.
Requirements: 250ml whipping cream, 50g bavarois pulver, 60ml lukewarm water.
Preparations: Beat the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks. Mix the bavarois pulver with the water then carefully fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Prepare immediately then place in the refrigerator to set for approximately 1 hour. Suitable for freezing.
Store in a cool dry place: 8°C and 24°C
