This delicious FunCakes rolled marzipan is wonderfully flexible and smooth. That's why the marzipan is easy to work with and perfect to roll out. The marzipan is fine in texture and firm after rolling. This marzipan has a white color and is therefore an excellent base for colouring it yourself. Ideal for decorating cakes, cupcakes and cookies.

For a round cake with a dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20 cm you need approx. 500 gram of marzipan to be able to cover the cake completely. Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (25%), stabilizer: E420, invert sugar syrup, thickener: E466, invertase, food acid: E330, natural almond flavour. May contain traces of soy and egg. This product is certified Halal.

The FunCakes marzipan is azo free.
