Recommended dosage
Approx. 150–200 g of chips per kg of dough for a well-balanced chocolate flavor.

Contains milk (by trace).
May contain traces of nuts, gluten, soy.
Usage
To be incorporated raw into cookie, muffin, cake, brioche, or shortbread doughs.
Perfect as a topping on creams, pancakes, or ice cream.
Holds its shape and crunch when baked, with a melting interior.
Storage
Store between 16–18 °C in a dry place, away from light.
