This tea is made from a special tea : the kabusecha, a beautifull blue-green coloured tea and a softer and more balanced flavor than normal sencha. No colouring, preservatives nor any additives are used. This green tea contains a lot of elements good for health: vitamin E & C, dietary fibers, amino butyric acid, beta-carotene, fluorine & catechins. Catechins work to suppress the rise in blood sugar level and blood pressure, reduce triglycerides and cholesterol, and also work to sterilize and fix intestinal functions. A large quantity of caffeine is also present which prevents drowsiness and relieves fatigue and migraines.

Origin : Japan.

The quantity recommended for 10cl of beverage is 1g of powder. This matcha is so finely grounded that you can also use it with cold water or milk. If you want to add ice cubes, do it only after diluting the powder.
