We have selected the peels of the best Japanese Yuzu in the prefecture of Kôchi. The peels are sweetened with caster sugar, macerate for a long time and then slowly cooked at low temperature. Guaranteed with no conservative and no additive, the 4-5 cm thin slices are pasteurized and vaccum-packed. The result is amazing, the product is intense and rich of flavours.
