Directions of use : 0,5 to 1,5%, depending on the texture desired. Pre-mix with other dry ingredients (3 to 5 times its weight of sugar for example), spinkle it into your liquid preparation under agitation until complete dissolving (80/85°C). The dissolving may be more difficult in preparations rich in calcium.
